Explore how to enhance field exploration using our local environment with the digital tools available. The goal of this study is to develop a framework that can be used to enhance field exploration using available tools (software, mobile phone apps) and assess how these can used to contribute to existing curriculum that may require a fieldwork component.

Objectives and Methodology

Review mobile apps that may be useful for use in the classroom to conduct local fieldwork. Test and assess mobile phone apps and provide recommendations on what apps are appropriate.
